Couldn’t be more pleased with Willie’s Automotive. Great staff and Willie takes the time to answer questions. They’ve taken care of two of our vehicles so far and will be bringing the others. Highly recommend.
I was in a PANIC- I was right down the road on the way to pick up my kids and my car started to make a very awful/scary rattling noise (which I was able to catch on video). After Willie heard the noise coming from my phone, he took the car for a test drive, and checked out the whole car for me. It was most likely a rock stuck somewhere in my tire/brake area, BUT Willie reassured me and my car was safe to drive.. I have never been here before until that day but I will 100% be back. Great customer service, and I loved waiting outside at the picnic table. I would 100% recommend Willies! Thank you!
Willie helped me out on a Friday before a holiday weekend just before closing. He was kind and quick and gave me the best deal I could ever ask for. Thank you so much for your help!!! I was able to rest easy getting my parents and myself home safe!!
