CR is an active custom home developer in the greater Southbury area working across the price spectrum from starter/downsizer homes to full blown custom homes. I typically have a finished model home to tour and several land/lot options to choose from in all the surrounding towns. Also handle the sale of building lots by using paper listings to promote new homes to be built or assembling buyers with land.
