I have been going to Synergy for almost 9 years, and it has truly changed the way I think about health, fitness, and aging.

I love Synergy! I always feel so welcomed when I arrive. The coaches know you by name and really care about each person who walks in the door. The workouts are great, and the coaches are there to make sure you’re doing each one correctly, and safely. Synergy can’t be beat!!!
Been looking for a gym for quite some time to suit my fitness needs. Found my place! Owners on site EVERYDAY conducting class- personal training- stretching. Very attentive to proper form and individualized needs of clients. Perfect variety of equipment for group classes. The gym is clean and well organized. Owners are very responsive and knowledgeable with client concerns, fitness goals and nutrition. Plus they have a recovery center- SUCH a bonus! Red light - sauna or compression therapy- so useful for a persons fitness journey. Happy to be part of The Synergy Fit crew!
