Im visiting today The Ruff and Tumble Salon and this is like my fifth visit This is the first visit since my twenty year old chihuahua Mr Boots passed away Oh it's really bittersweet today like tears and smiles and the staff at RTS are doing a great job like always to make me feel as they always do which is really welcomed I highly recommend this place to all dogs of all breeds and sizes

Haven’t been able to find a groomer since moving to CT that could do my Irish setter. None that seemed confident enough to do what I wanted (which is really no shaving, some trimming, keeping her clean and healthy). That could be part my fault for maybe not explaining well, but a couple places gave suggestions I just wasn’t comfortable with. I share all that because I found the place finally. The owner seemed much more confident and willing to do what I wanted. She consulted me over the phone before we made our appt. The shop is so cute and clean. My dog is shady with wood floors (she’s a goofy muppet) and their shop is wood floors but there seemed to be ample beds... read full review

The best grooming my nine year old dog has ever received thus far. Five stars all around from the building all the way down to the customer service. All the staff were extremely welcoming and acknowledged myself and my dog as soon as we walked in. Some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Very kind people working here who you can tell are animal lovers. Olivia did an outstanding job on my baby and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much. Amazing prices as well. Worth every dollar no doubt. Threw in a before picture.
