HearingLife of South Windsor CT

I was the patient of Dr. Gail Brown on March 2, 2026 in South Windsor, CT. It was my first time there and my first hearing test. As a nurse myself, I always look for professionalism, caring, inclusion into what was happening and competence. Dr. Brown demonstrated all these proficiently. The testing was explained and all questions answered with respect and completeness. I was thrilled to have real hearing aids placed in my ear and hear the difference they would make. I’m especially glad I chose hearing life . They explained things well and made follow up appointments as questions do arise. I needed help while on vacation and they were easy to get in touch with and were able to solve my problems . I highly recommend hearing life . Getting hearing aides is a big decision and they made it easy.

Gail was very personable and knowledgeable. She wanted me to see an ENT about a potential issue before buying hearing aids. (I knew I needed a pair well before my appointment.) I appreciate the fact that she showed caring and concern. Highly recommend.
