Dalene in South Windsor has a nice and extensive showroom. Recently ordered flooring, and picked up the order at their dock. All went smoothly, and employees were pleasant to do business with.

I had such a great experience with Dalene. After getting completely ripped off by a company who advertises on TV, I went to Dalene. Rick, the salesman saved my project and got things going in one day and the installer Kendall couldn’t do enough to make the floors look beautiful. The attention to detail in the trim-work, and just the way the floors were installed was beyond my expectations. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

The folks at Dalene are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very friendly. We had a great experience shopping for new carpeting and new wood flooring. The installation crew was quick and did a great job. I cannot say enough about how great everyone was. Very strongly recommended.
