Scott was amazing to work with! When our washer valve was leaking, he returned my call promptly and was the only one who offered to come out to take a look instead of brushing me off with a dispatch fee just for an estimate. He was knowledgeable and friendly (and as a bonus got along with my German Shepherd!) and explained all the components of the job in simple layman terms. He does his work with care and we are very happy with the results!
Excellent company, expert service. I had a major heating system issue, and they came out very quickly, diagnosed and repaired the problem, and were very reasonably priced. I have used this company before, and have always been completely satisfied. They are really great, and I highly recommend them to everyone.
The heating service was some 6 months ago. It's mid March 2026 now, and I just had my hot water heater replaced. I called and they came and did the replacement the next day. Again, they provided excellent service and work, and got the work done fast, without any problems. I rate them A+++ or 10 out of 10 stars.
I recently secured Scott’s services to redo my downstairs bathroom. I had a water leak and needed immediate service which Scott did promptly. He reached out to me every step of the way to let me select my accessories and installed everything I wanted where I wanted it. He made suggestions every step of the way and made very practical suggestions throughout the process. He was timely, efficient and exceptionally neat and tidy. I would recommend this plumber without any reservations if you are interested in a new look to your bathroom.
