I've been ordering supplies from Tommy's for quite some time now. My most recent purchase/order ended up having some issues and complications (no fault of Tommy's.....just a thing that happened). So I contacted the company in order to figure out a resolution. The customer service that I received from Jen was exemplary and I was reminded of why I stick with Tommy's Tattoo Supplies for my tattoo supply needs. She worked with me to come up with a unique solution to a unique problem. Tommy's Supply clearly values their customers and I will forever recommend them to my friends and family as well as my own tattoo supplies.

I’ve been ordering starbrite for 20+ years. Huge fan of them. Recently I ordered 25 bottles of ink, some very rare colors that don’t get used often. So when 10 of them came expiring within a year I wasn’t happy. I know I’d be throwing them out mostly full. I contacted them and Brittany answer me and remedied my problem and sent me new ones. This is what professionalism looks like from a top tier company. This is why I’ll be sticking with you the next 20’years. Ty
