Rhino back came to my house offering a check of my roof. I am a person who tells every door to door salesman to go away. Luckily the day they came my parents were here. They scheduled the guys to come back, and do an inspection. Once done they said yes I had damage. I sat with Troy for a short period. He handled filing a claim through my insurance. The insurance company came out and verified they were correct. Rhino back handled all the paper work and showed up to do my roof within less than a month. I had a great appointment with Mr. Cole Everitt from Rhino Roofing to discuss a roof replacement. Cole was extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain all the different roofing materials they use, along with the pros and cons of each. The samples he showed me were excellent, and I was especially impressed by the 50-year warranty they offer on both materials and workmanship. I learned so much about the difference between cheap, low-quality roofing options and the superior materials that are truly worth the investment.
