This is the most amazing salon! Peter is so talented and makes you feel like a queen! He was able to give me a beautiful cut, color and highlights that look so natural. Both of his salons are impressive and happy places! He posts all of his prices so there are no surprises! I love the Oribe line of products he uses! You will not find a more talented stylist!
I had a really nice experience at this salon, now twice, with Penny. (Peter helped me when I called for my first appointment and could not have been nicer, as well!) What sweet people! I am a big planner and I have a baby on the way so it's nice to be able to ask prices and questions and have it be a pleasant conversation. I also ask a ton of questions during the appointment and discuss color and Penny is always sweet, helpful, and very knowledgeable! She does an amazing job on my highlights and I always feel worlds better afterwards.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The scheduler is not organized in any manor what so ever. She scheduled an appointment for a cut/color. Got to the appointment, said they could not color and had to come back. Very unhappy. Called to reschedule the appointment. Owner said Tuesday to confirm. I called to confirm. No answer, no appointment. There are many other salons in Simsbury, Granby, and Avon/Canton better established in the industry. (time management, all it takes). People need to hold their employees more accountable for the errors/mistakes they put people through.
