Very warm and supportive staff in the service department exceeded my expectations tremendously - service advisor Kristina (she is wonderful!) helped me to find ways to keep an old Accord going - she is extremely dynamic and gets things done! Many thanks to Jacob also for expert tech advice. Everyone I encountered at Hoffman Honda - service and sales - was pleasant, courteous, informative and helpful.

Just had my Honda in for oil change, tire rotation, etc. Turns out I had a nail in a tire which needed replacing. Patrick Thompson went above and beyond in assisting me. I had an Allstate tire / rim protection plan and he called them and took care of it all. They gave me a loaner for a day, no questions asked. Give this man a raise! Excellent service all around.
