I cannot say enough good things about Hope Valley! I had a complicated situation and was in a lot of pain. I was not a current patient at their practice, but their office staff Shauna got back to me right away. Shauna called me when I was at work and asked if I could come in at 2:30, no questions asked! From the moment I got there I was welcomed with kindness and comfort. As someone who fears any kind of dental work they were so caring. The assistants were lovely and Dr. Natalie was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this dental office and the care I received for my new top row of crowns. From start to finish, the entire process was effortless—insurance, payments, and options were all clearly explained in detail before I ever committed to treatment, which made me feel completely confident in my decision.
The office staff was beyond accommodating, and Dr. Touloumi truly went above and beyond. Just had my first dental exam with Dr. Natalie Pesun. She was beyond lovely. Such wonderful bedside manner, very knowledgeable and asked thoughtful questions to get to know me and my history with past dental visits. The hygienist was amazing too! Kept me feeling very calm and comfortable. Looking forward to going back :)
