Went today to get an abnormal supply line for restaurant hot water machine. The staff was quick to help and found the item that I needed and even verified the size was correct on fittings they had on hand. Excellent service and product offerings.

Extremely helpful staff, they were very patient and worked up several different orders with different options for our budget and price range. Have a wide range of brands and products to choose from, and the displays at the showroom are a very good way to see how different fixtures look and work.The parts they carry tend to be pricier than what you'd find at Home Depot or Lowe's, but because they're much higher quality. All in all, a good place to go if you're starting a home project.

I just finished my bathroom remodel and I feel like I'm on vacation everyday. Tracy Johnson was the sales representative who worked with me and she is awesome. I love new and innovative products and she had the perfect solution for my dream bathroom with no grout. She guided me with all my choices but never pushed her preferences. Now everyone comments (both men and women) on how much they like the esthetics. It was a very small bathroom but she didn't look down on that. We packed tons of amenities in a small space. We covered safety, organization, everything. She fielded all my calls with patience and kindness, even calmed us down when we were anxious. Even after completion, she still provided services quickly and efficiently. This is not your home depot pricing but the quality just shines and I was happy to pay for such beautiful, long lasting items. Thank you Tracy and WinSupply. I would choose you again!!

She was extremely well informed as to the materials I was going to need to complete my bathroom remodel contract. She was patient smart and knowledgeable. She researched the various items I needed which allowed me to make an informed decision as to what I wanted and didn’t want.
