Appointments have been available when needed. They send a text reminder the day before. I never waited a minute past to begin. The CDA that has been there for years is so good it seems like a snap and you're done. Dr. J is awesome, No pain! He is talented. *The best part...they took the time to explain what was going to happen and what options there we're going forward. I had an excellent experience with Shelton Dental, Dr. Rinkesh Patel and the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Rinkesh Patel took the time to explain my treatment options and answered all my questions. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, and I never felt rushed. The quality of care was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and genuine concern for my dental health. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist

That are not as bad as other people make them out to be at all. They checked with my insurance and when my insurance gave 5hem an answer they called me and got me in the very next day. I was late to my appointment but they took me anyhow. They take Husky D insurance. I don't know why anybody says negative things about them unless they say negative things about every place they go. Have a nice day.
