I have a long haired shepherd who I’ve taken to several different groomers with a lot of disappointment! Not this time the girls at family pet & grooming did a beautiful job & my Luna was a mess! Now she looks amazing so thank you so much to all of their hard work!!!
I went there to get my dogs nails trimmed. Let's me start by saying that the staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager, groomers and lady at the front desk made sure my baby was taken care of and comfortable. I highly recommend for all of their services nail trims, bath and groom. In addition there are treats, all natural flea and tick products. Let's also mention their impressive wall of leads and leashes.
So I started off the day making an appointment somewhere else to get my dog groomed and when I showed up there they turned me away for no reason. No big deal. I decided to come here just to see if they had any availability in the next few days. The young dude at the counter was super cool and asked if I had her with me. They took her right away and did a great job and took great care of her. My doggo and I will be regulars here from now on. 12/10
