The best place ever. Boss will defend his/her employees when they know that their employees have been mistreated by rude customers. They even have a button for help or questions on every single station and desks. They are always, always, and ALWAYS doing their best. I can say this with confidence.

First of all, I never EVER give a review after only one visit to anywhere, but Blue Lotus has been my go-to since they opened in the old location years ago. The spa pedicure beats every other experience I've had anywhere in that after the basics in the masage chair and water bath, you're taken to a dimly lit room with fake Candlelight (safety first LOL), covered in a soft blanket in a heated recliner while your feet and legs are massaged. That massage includes hot stones and parafin. They also offer shoulder massage while getting your manicure and while drying. I got just a regular manicure my last visit and it actually lasted 8 days. I have been going to blue lotus for the past 14 years. I’ve had the same nail tech pretty much the entire time, Eva, (I’m very particular with my nails and she knows how I like it done). Our schedules haven’t aligned as much lately and I was very worried because I only like her doing my nails (which the salon knows as well) so Adele was recommended and I was very nervous at first, but she does a great job with my nails and feet, at this point she’s done my nails many times and she’s very consistent with how well she does each time and she gives my favorite pedicure too. I also trust Maria to do my nails as well, she’s great too.
