AFC Urgent Care Shelton

Staff was pleasant. Only two suggestions:
1) a shelf near toilet to set sample on while button / zipping pants, because the alternative is to set on floor.

2) make certain sanitizer in waiting area outside lab exit remains functional with product.

Very polite/kind staff and was quick no waiting .

Terrible not a full exam and still sick. Now have to pay again to go to another doctor. Told them my daughter was coughing up green/yellow mucus and still no med

I made an 8:15 am appointment. I walk in about 8:05 am. Doors open. Absolutely NO staff. Lights off. Mind you, the hours are supposed to be 08:00 to 20:00

Fast, easy check in, always kind staff

The visit went well, 4 stars only because the wait was long, but I was able to get antibiotics that helped me

From setting up the appointment to checking in with the receptionist the processes was simple, easy and friendly! The providers and nurses were knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this place left a bad taste in my mouth. I “Checked in” at the digital kiosk in the lobby which took me to yet another online check in process via my phone. After I submitted the 2nd form, it said I had been checked in, but then I waited for over 30 min while other people who came after me got seen before me. I went to see what the issue was at the front desk and they told me that my check in “had just gone through” which was weird since I had done it 30min earlier. I waited another 20min and when I was finally taken back, the intake woman was really unfriendly and rude. She asked me questions that I already answered on the forms and when I said as much she said the information hadn’t gone through. It just felt like a big waste of time. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
