Phoenix Yoga and Wellness is as full a studio as I have ever seen. She has so many different and interesting classes to take and both studios (which stand side by side) are beautifully decorated and the perfect size to have plenty of room without feeling impersonal. I have been a member since she opened and it’s grown and evolved into something truly impressive and inspiring. I am so happy to have this studio in my neighborhood!

I’m very happy to have found this studio. The teachers are welcoming to all ages and abilities and I love that each teacher has a different style to keep things interesting. There are many classes and times to choose from to fit anyone’s schedule. The students are also very welcoming. I highly recommend Phoenix Yoga and Pilates Studio!
