I purchased my wood stove from the business that occupied this space before Fireplace Depot. When it was necessary to obtain a replacement under warranty, Dave and Mike were on deck to help me. These two guys are the EPITOME of quality business standards!! I count on them to inspect my baffles, bricks and door annually. They will tell me if the parts will get by for another year, or need to be replaced. It's not just about scoring another sale, their emphasis is on customer satisfaction!! Their knowledge and expertise is something I depend on and will always trust the honesty and integrity with which they run their business. Highly recommend!!
