I called Elite for a problem with my boiler on a Sunday morning. No answer so I left a message. Within 10 minutes my call was returned and I was told someone would be at my home within the hour. Steve showed up as promised and diagnosed the problem. As a first time home owner he talked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He gave me updates on when the parts would arrive and did everything he could to fix my boiler based off my availability. I could not ask for better service. Highly recommend.
Outstanding communication and work from Steve and his team. My wife and I truly appreciate all the honest, efficient and effective work to fix our HVAC AC Unit. Even though we just met, Steve was 110% invested to getting to a solution and also get to the root cause to improve the system better than he found it.
