Mark Svanda Painting & Remodeling
“Mark has painted the exterior of our antique home twice since we moved to Newtown. His work lasts. He came back this spring eight years after his last visit and had only minor touch-ups to do. He then painted three interior rooms that had not seen a paintbrush in 25 years (it's easy to get used to imperfections in an old home). To be honest, when Mark and his hard-working crew finished the work, we were stunned that the rooms could look that good.
If you're looking for a painter, do yourself a favor and call Mark Svanda Painting. He and his team are reliable, skilled, and efficient. Mark checks in with his crew frequently when he is not on site himself and keeps the client in the loop about project status. He respects clients' wishes, but tactfully offers suggestions that are always spot-on. His prices are fair and reflect the value of his work. We wouldn't consider hiring anyone else.”
Superior Remodelers
“Excellent service and product. They finished yesterday and I love how it looks. I hope it helps improve the energy. The price was fair.”
