The technicians, Henry and Brett, were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were thorough and efficient with the routine maintenance which is much appreciated.

R&W’s owners, techs and office staff just got us through one of the most frightening furnace failures in our lives. Not only were they upfront, honest and full of all of the information and options that we needed to make our decisions, they met or exceeded everything they promised, from lead time to support after the sale. Every question I had was answered, every time our situation changed we were Encouraged to keep them apprised, and when we all realized that the situation was dire, they shifted gears and expedited a full gas boiler replacement in days (not weeks), in the middle of the coldest snap of the cold snap of ‘26.
