Urgent Care near Rocky Hill

“I called a few places looking for a price for x rays and to see a doctor (self pay, no insurance) and either could not get a straight answer or was told a ridiculously high amount. When I called here, not only was I given a precise amount, but it was much cheaper than other places had “quoted”. The lady on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me an appointment the same day. I was very pleased with the whole staff and was able to get the answers I needed at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!“

“I wish I could advertise in every ER in central CT that if your injury is ortho/joint related to just come here! Spent over 3 hrs at Hartford for them to leave me still questioning what was going on as well as my pain increasing over the following days. I came here, spent around a half hour, was fully taken care of from start to end AND I was told what possibly happened and why I am in pain. I haven’t felt this heard in a Dr’s office like ever. Please if you are wondering if you should come here - do it! Even calling in and speaking to a representative was pleasant!! I asked if they could see me and she even went into the details of insurance charging for re-imaging since we just got xrays elsewhere. Such a good experience everyone is knowledgeable and kind. “I have not been to urgent care in decades and was not sure what to expect. When they called my name, I walked back with the medical assistant (not sure of her name). She was very friendly, professional, and the patient history and taking of vitals was very pleasant and enjoyable. I then saw the PA (Melissa Salonia). She too was very professional and friendly. In addition, I sensed the feeling that she actually cares for you as a patient and is concerned for your well being. The next morning she called me back to provide me with my test results and additional treatment plan.

This was a very pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to use this urgent care facility in the future.
