Called and made an appointment the day before. Came to the appointment and they didn’t have my name down. They didn’t accept walk-ins so I couldn’t get my nails done. Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Communication within their team needs help. I took my business right down the road to New Venus and was taken care of right away.
