Do your research before booking an appointment. I requested a stylist good with thin hair and am disappointed. I should have requested a stylist that has been sharing fun styles on Instagram because they are more up to date on the trends.

i was referred to this place by my friends aunt since i was looking to get a perm and my hair done professionally.
i called up and they said they had a slot up, i pulled up and well met amy who was extremely outgoing and professional.
she was up 2 date with trends so it seems and lwk saved my hair lmao.

Jen is just the best! Not only is she a really nice person, but she has mad skills doing baby fine highlights & flash foils, as well as cuts. And hearing Ed’s voice, making or confirming appointments, is like guided meditation! He has such a relaxed, sunny personality that is a joy to experience. 10/10

I love this salon. Ed is always kind and courteous, and Jay leads a skilled team. This is a teaching salon, so you can pay less and get a cut from a junior stylist. But the regular stylist prices are comparable to other salons in the area (actually cheaper than the last place I went) and you get a really talented professional. Pic is from my cut this morning ♥️

What a great service experience! At every step staff is pleasant, engaged, corteous, focused and friendly. Definitely playing their A game always. I love Amy’s work. She makes you the focus of her undivided attention to collaborate with you on the creation. Simply the best!Services: Kids' cuts

Great place got a new style s*** cut .Jay is the best thank you a little pricey but worth it very satisfied grew my hair because I always had it short was time for a change.

Wow, I always worry about trying a new salon. This is the reason why I stay away. When a hair stylist tells you that they can do something, ask to see a portfolio first, next time. For spending as much as the customer who has with tiger colored hair, I would be angry too. Never mind going back as many times as she has and to still have her hair not right, forget about it. That is her time and energy. This salon should be paying her or giving her a refund. This salon won't catch me going to it. It is obvious that Redken is not doing a very good job and checking hair stylists as they once did in past. How in the world the stylist could not match a brown base is unbelievable. It is very obvious that the natural brown is not even close to the color the stylist gave her. The owner should have been able to see that too, or maybe they both need to go back to hairdressing school, or learn their colors. I cannot believe that this salon doesn't even care or feel embarrassed to have a customer this dissatisfied. It speaks volumes to the integrity and skills that you would find at this salon and about the owner. I won't be referring anyone to this salon, quite the opposite. To have an owner speak or exhibit behavior the way this owner did to the customer is outlandish. He should be ashamed of himself. I haven't been able to stop talking about this review with friends and family. I felt compelled to write a review myself after thinking about this experience this individual had. Everyone I talk to or show the pictures to cannot believe they let the customer stay this way. They all have commented how disgraceful that they would have the customer come back so many times and still not correct. I have received the same response each and every time. Total disbelief.
