James was extremely knowledgeable and honest, which I respected. He came in and repaired a previous tattooers mistake off the clock. Then gave me sound advice for new work I wanted moving forward. I’m grateful I was able to work with him and based on the previous artist I wouldn’t have returned, but I will now thanks toJames.

Very upsetting that the two people who ran this place so professionally were simply tossed aside.These reviews are quite misleading as Bree and Kevin are no longer working in the shop. The work seen from the current owner and piercer is not responsible and does not appear to be properly trained. Please use caution when choosing a reputable shop for your body art, improper piercings and tattoos can lead to serious infections and permanent scarring and the potential to not be able to fix the piercing in the future either.

sad to know that my artist is no longer at this location. they were extremely rude about it. i guess its under new management? girl doesn't even look old enough to own a business. will not be returning to this location ever again.

Overall great experience. Shop is clean and appealing. I like the theme they have going on! ??My artist Josh was more than patient with me as I decided on a tattoo & placement. Very clean lines an overall a good experience for my first time here. I felt overall happy with my spontaneous choice today. Thanks ! ✨️☺️

I called about 2.5 weeks ago and the lady on the phone had a very bad attitude as i was asking about scheduling with an artist who (not to my knowledge) had left. was very rude and unprofessional. i still don't know where my artist is and tried to pass me off to a new piercer, which i was very uncomfortable with.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude to me, customer service has gone so far down hill.EDIT- I walked in about a week and a half ago looking to schedule with my artist and when I was inquiring about scheduling I was rudely told my artist doesn’t work there anymore with no information and treated poorly for asking such questions. Very upsetting, no good communication whatsoever, more like what I asked made me an annoyance. Very unprofessional
