Dr. Mostenou is the most remarkable doctor I have encountered, both as a patient and a healthcare worker. His breadth of knowledge and expertise is truly exceptional. During each visit, he gives his undivided attention and is incredibly thorough, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Moreover, he consistently goes above and beyond, even compensating for the deficiencies of one of my dismissive specialists. His dedication and commitment to patient care are unparalleled.
Happy patient of PA Joan Charash for 10 years, she left and I only learned about it because I could not send her a message on the patient portal. The receptionist I talked to was harsh, arrogant and argumentative with obviously little to no conception of the duty of care. Nuvance Health should know everybody hates being treated like that especially at a doctor's office.
Just finished my 1st visit with dc Florio, and my experience was great. The nurses and doctor were very polite and respectful. Looking forward in going back. I totally recommend it.
