My home is over 100 years old and requires a contractor who truly understands the challenges and nuances of working with older structures. Gary and his team exceeded all expectations.
They carefully removed two layers of old roofing and, aside from a few necessary plywood replacements, the process went smoothly with no major surprises. Our house is older and required some TLC and the company fulfilled all our requests and made sure that we were happy with the job including the replacement of some fascia boards and rake edge boards. They arrived promptly every morning and worked a real full day. The job was finished in five days including some extra trips to the lumber yard for materials they needed after exposing the roof deck.
