I walked in here on a Sunday, with a really bad pinched nerve in my neck, and awful muscle spasms. The service was very pleasant and quick. These are very good people.

I have been unable to get Dr. Balachandran & his office to complete the paperwork necessary to process my CT Paid Leave for the time the Doctor put me out of work due to my illness. But they were able to bill my insurance within 5 days & the payment was issued in 7!! I am sad to be here giving only 2 stars. Dr Balachandran is an amazing doctor- and in addition to his depth of knowledge, he shows genuine care & concern! Sad that his office manages to bill your insurance immediately so they get paid, but cannot complete necessary paperwork that patient needs to be paid!

Saved my family many times when in desperate need of medical treatment for ailments at the worst time. Might need to wait but 5 stars for always getting our ailments fixed fast!! Thank you for always being there no matter what day of the week it is!

Literally still in the waiting room as I write this. Staff is completely unprofessional and slow. The office is covered in stacks of folders and paperwork. I have watched the doctor flip through paperwork for the last 30 minutes. I asked for an estimate on waiting time and was brushed off as if I was interrupting their paperwork time. They are completely lost. I can only hope this place goes under a new owner or management.

Not the review I want to make, but after several attempts to rectify prescriptions being filled, this is my review. 5 stars for friendly and kind staff, 5 stars for Dr. B who listens to your health concerns. 4 stars for wait time walk in, 2 stars wait time when you have an appointment scheduled and still are not seen remotely close to on time if they have walk ins. 2 stars for having to chase down my prescriptions being filled for the last 5 days with multiple phone calls. Cold turkey off my medications is not conducive to my health. I have been a client for a couple years now, and have finally had enough.

Place is a joke have one doctor for the entire place. I waited an hour to be seen just for the doctor to come in and rushing out literally walking out the door while I’m still talking to him. Because he’s one person trying to take about ten people at one time. Asking me what I should take for medicine I don’t know you tell me you’re the doctor. I will never go here again. This is my first and last time. Clearly they just want your money left there with no answers didn’t even give me a prescription. He couldn’t even speak clear English

been going here practically my whole life. he has always been great. he listens to the patients, and believes them which is so rare to find in drs nowadays. nurses are always super nice and comforting as well. genuinely have had more successful help here than any emergancy room visit to a standard hospital. and if you can catch it at a good time, you won’t spend more than 25 min there.

Went there today for a sinusitis, saw a covering doctor, Dr. Naseem Razavi and all was fantastic. Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and with a great personality, and I must mention quite attractive on several levels. It actually made me feel good that I wasn't feeling well. I again recommend going there for any of your needs. The entire staff Joanne, Heather and the doctors are just nothing less than amazing.. If you're not feeling well, this is the place to go.
