We have been taking our pool water to them for about 4 years and they are always spot on when it comes to telling us what it needs to be perfect.
The staff is very helpful and carries out heavy product for you when necessary.
What can I say my dealings with Heritage pools was AWESOME. Of course the 1st day of our heat wave with temps near 100 my pool pump dies. I went the amazon route at 1st and bought a junk replacement which turned out to be just that Junk! So I started searching and calling all the pool companies around and who could get me a name brand replacement, Pentair, Hayward, Jandy etc. Heritage was the cheapest had it all in stock and was very knowledgable over the phone so I went there and Got the Hayward Superpump. Heritage pools is the best pool store around! Lori is quite knowledgeable about pools & hot tubs, She can help you figure any issue you have with your pool. And the staff are all friendly!
