The staff is amazing! Shout-out to Mackenzie for always being friendly and helpful! Shout-out to Tom for all the heavy lifting of the shock and for making sure the bottles are easy to open. And a HUGE shout-out to Paul for always answering his phone to troubleshoot issues with the pool/pump/heater/etc. His guidance has saved us a lot of time and money and empowered us to maintain our pool self-sufficiently. I love Heritage Pool!

Amazing staff at Heritage. Was in today at 1:00 they had 2 awesome young ladies working. I was with one discussing a skimmer basket that she was telling me what I needed. We have had the pool for 5 years nobody has ever told me skimmer basket needs more then one part after 2 pool guys I didn’t believe her. Once I was home sure enough she was 110% correct works awesome. Thank You for having such a great knowledgeable staff. Good help is hard to come by but they have it. Thanks again

Great experience from the second that I walked in. Very knowledgeable staff and the owner was also there. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Got me everything I needed and nothing that I didn't. Advise me what not to buy and what to buy as well as turn me off of the super expensive stuff because I could get the same results by something cheaper or bring my water sample to them and let them do it at no cost.
