Had the opportunity today to talk one of the owners. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I am a 50 year veteran of the swimming pool industry and have a friend who needs a new liner. When I call and talked to staff today I know I had found the right company to recommend. I would do business with Prospect Pools

Used to go to a spot in Naugatuck and switched to Prospect Pools about 7 or 8 years ago! I cannot say enough about the customer service! Everything has been exceptional. My chemical expenses have dropped about 300% from the old place that I now know used to rip me off! They offer a military discount and even talked me off the ledge when I put a put a spade through the outside of the pool and liner and talked me through the repair process! It’s also great to come in and be on a first name basis when you haven’t been to the store in over 6 months due to winter and I wasn’t even punched into the computer! Couldn’t recommend any place better than this!
