We recently had a Mitsubishi mini‑split installed, and Brandon Collin from Absolute Air Services was exceptional from start to finish. Brandon is highly skilled, customer‑focused, and takes real pride in his work.He was always courteous, polite, and respectful of our home. His work area stayed neat and organized throughout the entire installation, and he consistently kept us updated on his progress.The system not only works great, it looks great — the attention to detail is obvious. Brandon and the rest of the Absolute Air Services team did an outstanding job, and we highly recommend them.
John S. was fantastic. He was here for routine annual service for main AC and Mini-splits. Upon our request he installed a new thermostat on the same day. He was able to competently trouble shoot problems that the new thermostat brought to light within the furnace. He was patient and thorough with answering questions. He was personable, knowledgeable, readily consulted with tech supervisors. He worked hard and spent the time needed to complete the job and give us peace of mind. He is an asset to the company. Absolute Air Services, LLC did an outstanding job installing my new mini-split heat pump system. Evan, Angel, and Sebby were exceptional from start to finish — friendly, professional, respectful, and incredibly skilled. The installation is beautifully done and the system works perfectly.
