When my mother became ill almost a year ago, I became her Conservator and was completely overwhelmed with managing her estate and healthcare while working and taking classes full time. I didn’t even think to check the oil tank regularly but when I stopped by to check the mail it was freezing in the house and I realized the oil ran out…in the middle of winter. I called Plymouth Oil and without hesitation, they came right out, restarted the tank and filled it. My parents have been with Plymouth Oil for decades and the owners truly take care of their customers, no matter what time of day or night services are needed. Unlike other contractors we spoke with, he wasn’t trying to upsell us. In fact, he helped scale the project back to something more realistic, both in scope and budget.
Tony was a clear communicator throughout—from the initial contract proposals to the final payment. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was incredibly patient with all my (many!) questions.
And then there’s Kristin, Joe, and the rest of their team —the true magic makers. Their communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. Every person on the job from plumbing to electrical to tile and everything in between was an expert in their field.
