Just finished completely redoing two bathrooms. I can’t say enough great things about Mike and Ricci’s Home Improvement. They did a wonderful job. From helping us pick out tile, fixtures and paint colors to keeping us well informed throughout the job, they were always helpful and professional. Dan was terrific with keeping the job organized and moving forward. I have to give a special shout out to Adrian and Segundo who are incredible craftsmen, very professional and always went above and beyond to fix any issues that came up. In short, we are thrilled with our brand new bathrooms and would wholeheartedly recommend Ricci’s for any home improvements.

Excellent customer service and follow through with my order. They were the only CT dealer that had appliances I wanted in their showroom so that I could see them and they also had the best price. The staff was knowledgable, friendly and their showroom is really nice with lots of options. So even if you don’t need the actual renovations done, they will work with you on materials and appliances. They have everything from cabinets to tile to countertops and appliances.

It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.. appointment dates were honored, the staff was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Communication was excellent. All the workmen were polite and precise in their work with good clean-up afterwards.
