“Everyone I encountered (reception and Brian) was friendly and professional. The facility layout itself is a bit different though. The evaluation “area” is open to anyone walking in (it’s right next to the reception desk). I felt it wasn’t private enough.“

“My daughter has had a great experience in Pt at Focus, her therapist is wonderful and staff very kind. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the fact, the morning of her appointment she tested positive for covid and we didn't feel it was right to bring a covid positive patient into a rehab/medical facility and we had to cancel....the office still charged a 25$ cancelation fee! Doesn't seem like alot to most but a hit for us. She had been going for 10 months and never missed a session. That was very disappointing. Other than that the facility is wonderful.“
