“About 3 months ago, I was putting on pajamas (I know, very strenuous) and long story short, I was in such a flare up with auto immune, a nerve began pinching in my back and I was unable to move. A few cortisone shots later, pcp, rheumatologist and neurologist, I'm at Rehab Dynamics.
