“This past summer I had waterproof vinyl plank flooring and new stair carpeting installed in my basement family room. I chose Lowe's in Leominster because they use East Coast Flooring for the installation work. Eric could have put in a reducer at the cost of $100 only to remove it and throw it away and replace it when I replaced my threshold tread in the upcoming future, but advised me to use a metal cover that was free rather than have me pay for the rubber reducer twice. It was little things like that that came up throughout our project that I really appreciated. And the workmanship was top notch.“
