So, right off the top, customer service is 10 out of 5. Trust matters and you can trust Tower Energy. Our story is simple... We needed an oil tank replacement and they offered a competitive price. Removal and install was scheduled only a few days after the request and was efficient and problem free. The next day we had no hot water and they arrived with 45 minutes of calling... Fixed it... Then the next day had the same problem and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call. Turns out the issue was with the controller on the got water heater, NOTHING to do with the tank. I definitely recommend Tower Energy for all your heating and A/C needs. Customer Service is knowledgeable, exceptional and there is no wait to get a response from a human representative. Their service team is beyond comparison. Always on time and excellent service. Their Delivery service is also exceptional. I have been with the company for over 20 years (Plainville Oil, Tower Energy) and would not think of having any other company service my needs.

I have nothing but praise for Tower Energy. I have had them for years for my furnace needs but recently neede a new central ac to replace my old one. What a well oiled machine as the saying goes. Great communication with John and Rick. Service technicians were like busy bees, sometimes spending 12 hours here. Very respectful and kept their word and were punctual. I cannot stress enough to contact this company for your HVAC needs. Thank you guys.
