We went to their office and the service desk was very professional and cordial and arranged a date for tech to come out and measure a fogged center fixed picture window in a bay with double hungs on either side.
The techs came out (on time) a week later and verified measurements in 2 minutes, the office called next day and gave us the steps and timeline.
Techs came out (on time) and removed the old and installed the new in 1 hour with great skill. I’ve done a lot of home repair and know when excellent work is being performed.
I am a perfectionist and they are.

i had a crack in my double pain window and was waiting until it warmed up to bring it to the window shop because she told me it would take about ten days to have it fixed. but one night i was taking my dog for a walk and had my house key with me and i forgot to grab the flashlight and when i went to unlock the door i had grabbed the garage key instead of the house key. its 10 at night and no i did not have a key hidden outside. my phone was in the locked house so i could not call anyone so i got a ladder and broke the window so i could get in. i brought the window to the window shop and got it back quicker then i thought i would for a decent price. and yes I know have...read full review
