Carrie is truly a professional and very knowledgeable about the tax updates BUT more importantly a GREAT PERSON!!!!!! There are a lot of options to get my taxes done with online services and accounts around the area. However, I am a BIG believer in supporting local and be part of a community. People that like HER help small communities come together and look out for one another. She did NOT need to step up and do what she did for me (free services to do my taxes) BUT SHE did. My Family & I have been going to Taxing Matters for the last 10+ years. I decided to use a friend of ours that is a CPA for 2 years. I missed out on significant write-offs that I was entitled to due to his lack of experience. We decided to go back to Holly & I am so glad we did! Not only is she extremely accommodating & very affordable, she is also very knowledgeable. I received the largest return I have ever had last year. I cannot recommend Holly and Taxing Matters enough!
