HOA has been with Somak nearly 1 year and we are very happy. Our property manager Mike is very responsive and knowledgeable. The maintenance team are professional and do marvelous work. Looking forward to working with Somak for many years to come.

I own a condo that is managed by SOMAK in Plainville. They also cover the snow removal for this property.
Long story short, I wish SOMAK managed all my condo properties. They are helpful, responsive, reasonable, and do quality work. They have resolved any issue that came up, and even worked with me on some issues with my tenant.
A+++++++ Keep up the good work guys!

We have been in contact with SOMAK for over a year now. The first 6 months, we were simply looking into who would best serve our association-but for the last year, they have officially been our managing company. They are nothing short of amazing. First and foremost-CONTACT! Any time I reach out to them, I have a call or email returned-usually within the first 30 minutes!!

Beyond that, I have found their office to be organized and productive. When something is said to be done-IT IS DONE. In today's age-it is nice to have someone stand behind their word and do what they said they would.

I would give 6 stars if possible!
