Chris Ferraro was great. Contacted me to get an employee profile, immediately thought of a company I could be a good fit for. I was able to interview the next day and they made me an offer on the spot. Fantastic guy, knowledgeable about who he is looking at and what he is looking for. Can’t go wrong here!!

I loved they way I was greeted when I first walked in the lady Alexandra lebron greeted me and she took care of me took my information verified that the employee at Connecticut spring and stamping did asked for me for the job opening.. she was very nice sweet and able to help me with all my questions. Chris Ferraro was fantastic. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process and he made it simple, asked the right questions, and got me great interviews. He figured out what I was looking for and who was looking for me, made the connections and got me a number of great offers. Literally my only issue was, at the end, I had to choose between multiple jobs I really wanted to take. That's what you call a nice problem to have. 5 stars, zero complaints, if I ever have to job hunt again, Chris will be my first and only call.
