Tremendous support in upgrading OS in older desktop machine. Mike was diligent and focused during 24 hour turnaround, had to navigate outdated system registry etc in making thing work.Mike was friendly and outgoing during the process, offered suggestions and tips every step of the way. Also cleaned the fan assembly and upgraded RAM!Highly recommended.
