I'm giving it three stars because parts are exceptional and parts are pathetic. Let me explain. I am physically disabled, I have a spinal cord injury. After my seventh spinal surgery I had to stop working and now I receive only disability. Every year I qualify and receive energy assistance and since this company is participating and not too far from my home, I choose Plainville oil to be my vendor. For those unfamiliar, the energy assistance program pays the oil company directly for the oil and then the oil is brought out and delivered to the customer. However, the program only runs from November 15th through April 1st. Here in Connecticut we often have snow by Halloween...read full review
