Extremely pleased!! My above ground pool began leaking. It is 14 years old, so it was time for a replacement. After contacting them someone came to the house within a week. Paul was very informative and did a thorough assessment. I quickly received a installation proposal which was detailed and fair. After signing the contract, I was kept informed about installation date. As soon as the weather permitted, 5 people came to the house and within 2 hours I had a new beautiful liner. The old liner was removed, the sand was leveled and added to. I opted to have padding put in under and between the pool shell and liner. I am confident this will be a great pool season.

After having some not great experiences with other pool companies, I am so glad I found Paradis pools. Their communication has been amazing from booking, up through the service of closing our pool. The team that they sent was professional, on time, respectful of my property, and communicative as well. I look forward to using them in the future to service my pool. Highly recommend.

My de pool filter had not been working as efficiently as it used to. The good people at Paradis Pools showed me a new cartridge system and I bought it. They came same day and installed it. The water has never looked better. Thanks and I’d highly recommend!
