After having some not great experiences with other pool companies, I am so glad I found Paradis pools. Their communication has been amazing from booking, up through the service of closing our pool. The team that they sent was professional, on time, respectful of my property, and communicative as well. I look forward to using them in the future to service my pool. Highly recommend.

My de pool filter had not been working as efficiently as it used to. The good people at Paradis Pools showed me a new cartridge system and I bought it. They came same day and installed it. The water has never looked better. Thanks and I’d highly recommend!

The good, the bad and the ugly.The good - Vic is super kind, I found Kim and the rest of the staff to be as well. They were as responsive as I needed them to be. The contract process was straightforward, no unexpected charges, and everything was outlined and explained in terms of my options.They installed sooner than promised, and they did it fast, so that was pretty cool. The pool is holding up, we're on year 3 and no complaints.The ugly - They do leave you with a landscaping nightmare when done. BUT to be honest I don't know what to have expected. The reality is that they do have to dig earth to level the pool, and they have to dig a trench for electrical.... read full review
