I wish I could give 4.5 stars. Our above ground pool suffered a lot of damage from this past winter. The liner was destroyed and the walls of the pool were dented in several places. Paradis Pools came in March and evaluated the damage. We received a reasonable price for a new liner, recommended foam liner and repair what could be repaired. The first liner that was installed was too big and there were wrinkles everywhere, yet I received a bill for the balance. I called the office. After the staff was able to verify what happened , I was told they would order another liner in the correct size and they would swap it out.
