Be cautious if you’re considering subcontract work with this company. They make it clear their priority is impressing their own clients, not treating subcontractors fairly. Late payment fees are dismissed as “not covered by company policy,” and getting paid often requires constant follow-up. We provided cleaning services for about a year, as well as several repair jobs under a different company name, including correcting poor construction work they left behind. In one case, payment took nearly six months of repeated requests. This has been one of the most frustrating business relationships we’ve experienced.
