I’ll tell you what, I was very impressed with La Rich and the entire experience beginning with the initial phone call asking for an estimate. Bill answered the call and from there he took care of everything. He was true to his word from showing up at the set time to how long it would take to get the roof replaced. Anthony and his crew were very polite and they worked together like a machine from start to finish. Everyone had a set job to do and they stuck to it through the heat and completed stripping the old shingles to nailing the last new shingle down all in a single day. While we were happy with the roof and patio that were installed, we have had trouble getting the right size shutters replaced. We were told the current shutters were 12 inch shutters and when they were installed the ones that were ordered were 14 inch shutters, which we did not know so they did not fit on the ends by our porch. so we asked to have them replaced, and not they don't match, the ones on the ends of the windows are 10 in on one side and 14 inch on the other. We've been promised many times they would ALL be replaced with 12 inch shutters, and even 2nd measurements were taken but they were never replaced to our satisfaction. It's too bad because that is the only part of the service I was unhappy with.
