Have nothing but good things to say about Jp pools. John’s great and his crew were super polite and works hard and got my pool up really quick. I was at work and my wife was home and he did nothing but treat my wife with respect and kept us informed on everything. Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for everything guys.
We contacted JP Pools in mid April with an inquiry about above ground pool installation. They called my husband and gave us instructions on sending pictures via email of our yard, where we wanted the pool and if there were any obstacles, trouble spots. We emailed the pics to them, within one week we received an email quote-Very Reasonable! We sent our deposit and signed contract. The gave us a timeline of mid to end of May for installation. They called approximately one week before installation and said they would call a day or two before the installation date. They did just that. They came when they said. The crew of four showed up at 8am and had our pool and water installed by 1pm. They did an amazing job. In fact, we called prior to them coming and asked if they would be willing to put a rhino liner and the foam cove under the regular liner if we purchased it and had it here for them and they said absolutely and with no additional cost. They cut up the cardboard, left it in one place. They were in contact with my husband about questions. We have nothing bad to say about our experience. I would hire them again! We wanted to make sure we sent this review, we see some bad ones and we had a completely opposite experience as the other reviewer.
