I originally went to physical therapy at Valley Ortho for my another issue and requested them for PT for my foot. The first foot doctor kinda blew me off and said I only needed 4-10 sessions of PT even though I still couldn't walk down stairs. I got a second opinion from a doctor here and he was so much more understanding about the pain I was in and let me continue PT. The physical therapists are knowledgeable, kind, and FUN! I'm slowly getting better, but I'll be bummed not seeing the staff anymore once I graduate. They've been so patient with me and understand that everyone heals differently. First of all, Ashley at the front desk was amazing! She got me in right away and fixed errors from the Shelton office...I really appreciate it! Also Dr. Whitney was amazing! He fit me into his busy schedule and got my surgery done with in a week. He is a pro and he takes the time to sit and explain everything. Never felt rushed or ignored. Thank you to the staff during this difficult time!
Staff was kind, efficient, easy to talk to. Came in as a walk-in referral. 5 mins wait, x-ray done within minutes of being brought back to my room. Never felt rushed or overlooked which is a rare thing to find among doctors lately, at least for myself, and especially in specialty.
